Just the right amount of organization. Easily holds my ipad mini, phone, hand sanitizer, etc....comfortable, also
This was a life changer when traveling to Mexico. Spacious and has compartments for different uses. We used to carry passport holder, ear buds, and phones! Easy in and out came in super handy at airport!
This sling is perfect. After looking at others from Aer, Bellroy, and Wandrd, I decided on this one because it is the perfect size to carry a lot of stuff, but also remains slim and unobtrusive when relatively empty. Superb.
I carry a sling to keep from overloading my pockets. The Transit Sling Pocket XL is great for your EDC and (unless you actually need to carry a backpack) will comfortably meet your EDC needs. Roughly 3L of space is big enough while not being too big, a decent amount of organization without being overkill, it even fits a Nintendo Switch! The only downside is the buckle is a bit wonky until you get used to it. It's a great sling, do yourself a favor and spend a bit more on this.
This bag was met all of my edc needs. The storage options were ample as far as I was concerned. My only issue was that it was a bit bigger than I hoped for. For some, it's size may be perfect, but for me, the smaller size model is more sufficient for my needs. I ended up returning this and getting the smaller model. I just wish the smaller model had the extra pocket that the larger one has, but that's a minor complaint, and this review is supposed to be about the larger model.
This slingbag is very organized and can carry a decent amount of one's daily essentials like keys, wallet, cellphone, hand sanitizers and mask, earbuds, and a little notebook etc. I don't like slipping 'em in each of my pockets every time I need to go somewhere and fumble around like I'm dancing the "Macarena" when I need something. I don't like slipping 'em in each of my pockets every time I need to go somewhere and fumble around like I'm dancing the "Macarena" when I need something.Quality is top-notch. Structure is very stable and yet lightweight. The strap is also well managed by its unique design. It won't dangle.Kinda pricey but well worth every dime. Definitely not your average slingbag.
This sling has met all of my expectations and then some. I personally have never had an issue with the buckle design, I keep it taunt on my body and it doesn't slide around or make any noise when walking around.I keep various items in my bag (hand sanitizer, battery charger, cards, cords, etc.). The overall size works for my needs when traveling and has a Goldilocks weight and size.I highly recommend this along for travelers during these unique times we are living through.
I love my Transit Line Sling Pocket XL and recommend it for anyone who needs organizing pockets! I first bought it direct from Heimplanet in Jan 2022 after a huge amount of research on all kinds of EDC on YouTube, packhacker.com, etc. I was tired of cheap stuff & I needed size & organization for all kinds of personal items I carry. (I live where there are lots of home breakins so I'm kind of obsessive about keeping my whole life with me whenever I leave the house, which I do for several hours every day). Runner-up choice was Peak Design sling but I realized 6L would be too much for everyday carry. After a few months I realized I'm so dependent on it that I'd better get another as a backup in case I wear it out, so I got it from Amazon because of the somewhat better price and free overseas shipping (I live abroad). Doesn't look like wearing it out was a valid concern since it's still like new after 1½ years of several hours' daily use & frequent cleaning off of food spills etc.I wear it both as a sling over the shoulder and (with the strap tightened to its minimum length) a waist pouch, normally in front. Either way there are no loose hanging straps. I'm 5'10" and 160 lbs, belt size ~35; if I were any slimmer the strap would be too long for use as a waist pouch. I had to unhook the straps to switch the buckle to the left side which was no sweat. I love its secure attachment to my body while traveling and the convenient access to all my stuff via just a couple of smooth zippers without having to move it off my waist.
I hate having things in my pockets and this is the perfect size for storing everything. I purchased this sling bag after doing extensive research and after carrying multiple types of backpacks, messenger bags and other larger sling style backpacks for years. What I like about this is that there is enough organization but not too much. The 3 pouches in the main inside compartment at the back hold my small wallet, a business card holder and either a tube of Tylenol or chapstick. At the two ends the pouches are large enough for a small bottle of sanitizer and my Jabbra ear buds. There is a ton of room in this bag.It repels water, soda, coffee, and of course rain. It cleans up easily from gravy and spaghetti sauce too.I really like the way that the strap is connected, it comes off completely so that it can be a packing bag. It adjusts smoothly and the strap stays adjusted. I will say that one thing I wish, is that they would put a fidlock buckle on this thing. That metal buckle bothers me. If you put it on by throwing it over your head, which I do, then no problem. Taking it off by unbuckling it is a hassle because it is cumbersome, but guess what if you for some reason drop your bag, the buckle comes right open. Putting the buckle back together actually takes some hand eye coordination.
I bought this as a gift for a friend who will be traveling soon. He received it today and looked it over and tried it out. The joy I heard in his voice when he opened up the Amazon package to see this will always be worth it to me. I'll have to update in a few weeks after I hear what he thinks about the product after some use but I don't think he'll find anything worth mentioning bad about it!

The backpack sits super comfortably, has a comfortable position on the back, comfortable shoulder straps and is super easy to handle. Overall, it is very light and not as rigid as it looks at first glance in the product images. The specially shaped back looks pretty cool. The same relief-like pattern is also on the inside of the straps, which I find very pleasant. Overall, a very good backpack for outdoor activities with lots of well thought-out little details such as the various inner compartments or the elastic outer compartments for small items. HeimplanetWhat I particularly appreciate about the company is the high-quality workmanship, the material and the many small details. You can see some of them in the pictures (pattern of the fabric, buckles, straps, fit etc.) I give it 5 stars!
