Soto WindMaster w/micro regulator w/4Flex (w/o TriFlex)

I had the stove with me on two bike trips. Over the course of a year, the stove was used around 40 times on two three-week cycle tours in Ireland and Germany. The igniter was broken. There is a spare part available and an instruction video from Soto on how to replace it.
Loosened the screw and tried to separate the two stove parts by pulling them off as shown. No chance. So I used a screwdriver as a lever. Broke the stove. In the repair video you can also see how easy it is to remove the igniter. This is not possible for me either. I tried it and because it didn't matter, I was able to pull it off.
My first thought was that perhaps you should have read the operating instructions more carefully and followed the care instructions. Only there are no care instructions in the manual, apart from keeping the stove clean. Regardless of my experience with the German distributor, I came to the conclusion that even if the distributor generously sent me a new stove free of charge, I wouldn't want it because it's simply not clear how to look after and treat this stove.
I can easily dismantle other stoves in my equipment box after years of use.
You can ask yourself the question based on the picture, how much force did I use? It's difficult to say. Either the metal of the stove is not that robust or you can see how "welded" the two parts were, so that you can use force to break the metal. This can be avoided by taking proper care of the area. But there is nothing in the instructions about this. It is not my job as a user to find out.

It offers a strojg flame in any situation and the piezo works very fine. This stove is also very sturdy, small and light weighr! One of the more expensive items of my gear but really happy with it. My water (300 ml) cooks within 2 minutes!
