CLOUDBREAK HAS CHANGED EVERYTHING
More than just a tent, Cloudbreak has redefined the camping experience for groups and families. It has broken new ground in overlanding, providing the perfect balance of safety, comfort and freedom for those exploring the world together.
Named after the legendary wave in Fiji, the name stands for power and endless possibilities - reliable protection for those who follow adventure wherever they go. Cloudbreak offered plenty of space, a separate living area and large entrances. However, what set new standards for tents of this size was the speed with which they could be set up and taken down.
Before & after cloudbreak
Before Cloudbreak, a spacious, comfortable tent often meant a loss of flexibility. An elaborate design made frequent changes of location unattractive and tempted people to stay in one place for longer than they actually wanted.
Cloudbreak changed that - it combined the comfort of a permanent camp with the freedom to move on at any time. Heimplanet-Tents are known for their stability. But what good is a stable tent if it's a pain to pitch and take down? Thanks to the One Pump System, the entire tent can be erected using just one valve instead of inflating each air chamber individually. This means that the tent is up in just a few moments and can be packed up again just as quickly. The Multi-Chamber Safety System ensures the necessary emergency stability even in the event of a defect. This means setting up and taking down is no longer a time-consuming feat of strength.

Cloudbreak v2
The new chapter is called Cloudbreak V2. An improved version of our latest contribution to the world of overland camping. Cloudbreak has paved the way for something new. We've taken everything that made it great - its reliability, ease of use and thoughtful design - and refined it. Cloudbreak V2 arrives, with functional upgrades, a new color vairante, and an important step toward sustainability.
For the first time, Cloudbreak V2 uses fabrics made from recycled polyester. Cloudbreak V2 will also be equipped with a PFC-free, water-repellent coating (C0 instead of C6) - another step towards a more responsible and environmentally friendly future.
As we look back with gratitude, we look forward with anticipation. If these images bring back memories of past adventures, then rest assured: the next ones are just around the corner. A new journey is about to begin.
