Preparation:
Put the oatmeal in a saucepan, add the milk or water, half the nectarine, the spices and the sugar. Bring to the boil, reduce to a simmer, cover and cook for 5-6 minutes, adding more water or milk if needed.
Turn off the flame from the cooker, grate half of the chocolate into the oatmeal and stir well. Pour into bowls, garnish with the remaining nectarine, the chocolate shavings and the toasted almonds.
