Tasks
- Accounting & financial management: Accounts payable and accounts receivable, monitoring payment transactions, booking travel expenses and credit card statements.
- Process optimization & projects: Support in the development of software solutions and optimization of internal processes.
- Administration & assistance: Document management, office work, coordination of external service providers.
Qualification
- Completed commercial training or a degree
- Professional experience in accounting
- Business fluent in German, ideally fluent in English
- Experience with DATEV (or other accounting software), Google Workspace and Slack an advantage
