Recipe 1: Wild mushroom soup


Here we go with the first recipe from the NEW series: HPT Gourmet Camping.

As you know from a good restaurant visit, we also start with a soup made from mushrooms we have collected ourselves.

The ingredients for 2 people:

  • 2 teaspoons rapeseed oil
  • 3 cups wild mushrooms (cleaned and sliced)
  • 1 cup wine
  • 1 cup cream
  • Sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg



  • Heat the oil in a saucepan
  • Add the mushrooms and season
  • Add the wine, the cream and the spices
  • Simmer for 10-15 minutes, season to taste and add more seasoning if necessary.
  • Tip: serve with a good crusty bread
