I love this bag as I am using it for my daily commute to work. Great design and highly functional at the same time. It simply stands out from all the bags I've been looking for.

Received this absolutely beautiful bag as a Birthday gift. The bag itself is everything I thought it would be EXCEPT the most amazing strap shown in promo material and in reviews is nowhere to be found. My bag was sealed so it should’ve been in there. If the Courier Strap has indeed been discontinued, then at least give us customers the option to purchase a leftover/remainder Courier Strap, if not free. The included strap is not worthy nor large enough for this magnificent bag.

I love this bag, but the photos here are misleading because it doesn’t come with strap advertised in the photos. The stock strap for this bag is usable but not great if you’re wearing it for extended periods of time because it has no padding or a buckle for quick release. What’s even more frustrating is that the “courier strap”, which I would have reluctantly paid for, seems to have been discontinued. Great bag, but it would be even better if it came with the courier strap which is shown in the photos.
