Employee for Purchasing & Supply Chain Management (f/m/d)
HEIMPLANET - is a young team that is passionate about developing products that redefine outdoor equipment. We combine outdoor functionality with innovative design and create a concept that we call "Modern Outdoor". In order to continue on this path and to be able to do so on a larger scale in the future, we are looking for a further member to join our currently still small, informal team. HEIMPLANET-team in the area of Purchasing & Supply Chain Management.
We are looking forward to someone, regardless of gender, who would like to expand and rock this area with us! You will coordinate purchasing activities, monitor delivery dates and ensure quality specifications so that we can continue to reliably supply our customers. You don't have to be an old hand to do this - perhaps this will be your first role in which you can fully prove yourself and try things out!
With us, you will work with a high degree of personal responsibility and together with a small team and closely with the founders to bring our vision of "Modern Outdoor" to the world. #whereveryougo

- You coordinate purchasing activities, monitor delivery dates and ensure quality specifications.
- You have already gained experience in the textile, outdoor or sports environment and are therefore well-versed in the usual nonsense.
- Before you go shopping, of course, you first check where you can get what you need: you search for, support and develop suppliers in English.

- You communicate with freight forwarders and coordinate logistics processes (import and export).
- Strategic thinking is required: You will make a significant contribution to establishing processes and revising and optimising existing process landscapes.
- This ain't a one-man-show: You work cross-functionally with all teams (internal) and suppliers (external).
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed a degree in technical business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable degree - ideally with a focus on procurement and/or supply chain management.
- You have relevant experience (approx. 2 years) in purchasing (sourcing, tendering, negotiation, supplier management).
- You have good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and sound experience with merchandise management systems.
- You should have the desire to take responsibility for the area and work very independently according to your own structure.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and strategic skills are equally important.
- You have strong communication and persuasive skills in German and English (written and spoken) and feel comfortable in an intercultural environment.
- Passion is what connects us at HEIMPLANET connects us: You can identify with our products and our vision.

- 40% discount on all our products for our employees.
- Possibility to rent the equipment for your next adventure from us.
